Profile milling cutter

We manufacture diamond profile tools according to our profile overview or according to individually requested shape always customized within shortest time.

We offer cutters in sintered form for high stock removal at the pre-milled edge as well as various electroplated or bonded cutters for a dimensionally stable carving out of the profile.

The cutters are available for the processing of granite, marble, quartz composites or even sandstone. We often use a 3-stage profile grinding process. Our profile cutters are designed for use on hand-held or CNC-controlled machines. They are optionally available with or without a thrust ring. Some examples can be found our picture gallery.
