XL grinding roller system

We save you time. Change rollers in one quick step thanks to the smart quick-change system without additional mounting tools.

Our XL roller set provides the most professional quality for polishing gravestone contours. The carefully matched six-stage grinding rollers polish homogeneously and to a high standard thanks to their fine-ribbed abrasive coating and special rubber coating. Even outer and inner radii are reliably ground. Our set is suitable for panel thicknesses up to 160mm!

The 6 basic rollers can be complemented by:

• notching saw package
  replaces a contour wire saw and is available with 8 or 9 cutting discs, notches stones up to 20cm high
• segmented milling drum
  for dressing and face milling rough surfaces, durable but still capable of milling
• electroplated pre-grinding roller
  serves for pre-grinding of saw- or mill-rough surfaces for polish grinding

With our rust-protected quick-change arbor with internal water supply for F&W or M30, a machine changeover is only necessary once. After that, you can change your tools in a time-saving way with just one movement.

Our roller systems are also available in
sizes L (Ø80x150mm), M (Ø80x100mm) and S (Ø80x50mm).
